Cleaning
Cleaning is an important part of daily maintenance for the laminating machine. First, clean the machine thoroughly to ensure it is clean and tidy. Wipe the machine surface and impeller with cellophane or a soft cloth to remove dust and dirt. Also, clean the wastepaper basket and storage box of the laminating machine daily to prevent debris accumulation that could affect normal machine operation.
Lubrication
During use, some metal friction parts of the laminating machine require lubrication. Proper lubrication can reduce machine noise and extend its lifespan. In daily maintenance, apply an appropriate amount of lubricant to the motor, sprockets, transmission system, and sliding parts of the laminating machine. Choose an appropriate amount of lubricant and apply it after the machine is turned off.
Inspection
Regular inspections are necessary during the use of the laminating machine. Inspections should include checking the power cord, switches, the tightness of machine parts, the motor's functionality, the sharpness of the cutter, and the condition of the pressure rollers. If any problems are found, repair them promptly to prevent serious malfunctions and extend the machine's lifespan.
Preheating
Before using the laminating machine, a warm-up and preheating process must be performed. Turn on the laminating machine and run it for a period of time to allow the machine temperature to gradually reach the ideal state. Preheating time is usually around 10 minutes.
Usage Guidelines: When using the laminating machine, follow the operating guidelines and pay attention to the operating methods and precautions. Avoid adhesion and scratches to reduce laminating waste. At the same time, the machine should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated environment to avoid the effects of moisture and contaminants.
