Operation Guide

Place the WESTONIX machine on a solid and flat ground, check power supply and air source before startup.

Set parameters on the touch screen: paper size, laminating speed and glue volume.

Load face paper and corrugated board on the feeding section. The machine will automatically feed, glue, align and laminate.

Check the laminating accuracy at regular intervals during production and adjust glue thickness if needed.

After production, clean the glue roller and glue tank timely to prevent glue from solidifying.

Shut down the machine and cut off the power after finishing work.

Note: Keep hands away from moving rollers during operation. Keep the workshop dry and ventilated.
