At this year's exhibition, WESTONIX will showcase our two core post-press star machines for corrugated and carton packaging production: the GFM-1450Z High-Speed Digital Flute Laminating Machine and the GSF-850/1100 Heavy-Duty 4&6 Corner Folder Gluer, bringing fully automatic, high-efficiency packaging solutions to the Egyptian and Middle Eastern markets.
Featured Machine 1: GFM-1450Z High Speed Digital Flute Laminating Machine
Equipped with 8 sets of servo motors and full digital intelligent control system, this new generation laminator supports automatic width adjustment and automatic pressure regulation, greatly reducing manual adjustment time and improving production consistency.
The machine adopts a professional group of steel roller and rubber roller (φ150mm) structure, ensuring extremely uniform glue coating and stable long-term operation. It reaches a maximum production speed of 12,000 sheets per hour.
Perfect for laminating surface paper onto corrugated board, the machine is widely suitable for carton boxes, gift boxes, and various daily packaging products, helping factories achieve high-speed and low-consumption production.
Featured Machine 2: GSF-850/1100 Heavy-Duty 4&6 Corner Folder Gluer
This heavy-duty folder gluer adopts a six-section intelligent design, including paper alignment feeding, pre-folding, lock-bottom folding, and transfer functions with freely customizable configurations. It professionally processes 4-corner, 6-corner, and lock-bottom cartons, including pizza boxes, gift boxes, and rigid boxes.
Equipped with a new-generation wedge belt wheel transmission system, the machine runs stably at a high speed of 400 m/min. It supports both solid cardboard and corrugated board processing, providing high-precision and high-efficiency box forming solutions for diverse packaging orders.
